Haus of Foils is by appointment only, therefore the cancellation policy is as follows: in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give no less than 24 hours notice. You can cancel online or text me. appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fees. We do require a credit card on file to book your appointments. no call/no show appointments will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service booked, that must be paid before booking a future appointment. guests that no call/no show multiple times will no longer be able to book any future appointments. If you are running late, please text or call the salon to let us know. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled (and be subject to a $50 last minute rescheduling fee) or your appointment may be altered to fit the remaining time alotted.
